“This is not how he left” – Lady cries out as brother returns from hustle kingdom weak and hungry

A Nigerian lady has aroused worry online after sharing a sorrowful narrative of her brother’s return from Hustle Kingdom (HK), a word commonly used to characterise internet fraud known as ‘Yahoo.’

In a viral video published by @ChuksEricE on X (previously Twitter), she said that her brother went to Hong Kong for greater prospects but returned in a startling situation.

She described his state as distressing: weak, hungry, and physically abused.

In her own words, read what she said below:

“You can see how my brother looks, you can see his neck. That was not how he looked before he left home. He went for HK, they call it HK (Yahoo). Turn your back and they will beat you.

There was no food. They don’t give food to eat. If you don’t cash out, they will starve you. They beat my brother. He didn’t even get to eat. He made a little money, but his boss collected it and chased him away. Look at how dry he is because of HK.”

The lady went on to caution others, asking families not to let their children or siblings fall into the same trap, but rather to teach them honest manual labour.

She also stated that they grabbed his phone, stating he owed them money.

Her post has elicited strong comments online, with many sympathising with her brother’s position and warning others about the perils of Hustle Kingdom, while others have chastised her for bringing the matter to light.
