“I Don’t Know Money, I Know God” — Shatta Wale Explains Why He Treats Everyone Equally

Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale has explained why he treats people with equal respect and offers assistance without considering their financial or social status.

The singer shared his perspective during a conversation with Nigerian streamer and comedian Carter Efe, who recently visited Ghana.

During the discussion, Carter Efe observed that Shatta Wale appeared willing to help everyone he encountered, regardless of whether they were wealthy or came from humble backgrounds.

He subsequently asked the Ghanaian entertainer why he never looked down on people despite his fame and success.

Responding, Shatta Wale explained that he does not consider himself superior to anyone because he believes that God created all human beings equally.

According to him, people should support one another rather than judge others based on their financial standing or social background.

In his words:

“The reason why I don’t like seeing myself as the best of this or that is because God created us to be equal, and we have to support each other. I don’t know money, I know God.”

The musician’s remarks highlight his views on humility, kindness and the importance of treating people with dignity, regardless of their circumstances.

His comments have also drawn attention to the idea that wealth and social status should not determine how people treat one another.
