Daniel Laryea, a Ghanaian referee, has been selected by CAF to supervise the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations semifinal match between Nigeria and Morocco, the host country.

With a spot in the final up for grabs, the match, which is due to take place at Stade Moulay Abdellah in Rabat, is expected to be one of the tournament’s most eagerly awaited meetings.

The tournament hosts, Morocco, who defeated Cameroon 2-0 in their quarterfinal match, will take on the Super Eagles, who won their group and thrashed Mozambique 4-0 in the round of 16.
