Despite her severe demeanour, Nollywood actress Ronke Ojo, better known by her stage name Ronke Oshodi-Oke, has commended her coworker Funke Akindele, characterising her as a generous and caring woman.

Ronke acknowledged Funke’s rigid nature in a recent interview, saying the actress is conscious of that aspect of her personality. She insisted, nevertheless, that anyone who know Funke well would attest to her generosity and readiness to assist others.

Ronke claims that Funke has the ability to make someone happy everytime they come to her house.

“Funke Akindele is a good woman. She’s very strict oo, even Funke herself says it that she knows she’s strict, but if you know her well, you will know that despite her strictness, she is very, very kind.” she said.

Ronke went on to say that Funke has assisted strangers she meets on social media as well as persons in and outside the entertainment industry.

She recalled how Funke helped her out financially during her illness, emphasising that the actress had done much for her even before to her health issue.

“When I came out back then that I was ill, if not that it’s not good to mention the exact figure online, but the money Funke gave me… She is a generously good and blessed person,” she added.

Ronke claimed that she wasn’t complimenting Funke because she presently collaborates with her, pointing out that she hadn’t even been in any of the actress’s most recent films.

She added that Funke frequently helps folks in need, even those she does not personally know.

Ronke continued by characterising Funke as an amazing individual who actually cares about other people’s well-being and discreetly offers help if she finds out that someone is in need.
