Nigerian music artist David Adeleke, often known as Davido, has publicly thanked his father for stepping in during ongoing paternity claims involving a little girl named Anu Adeleke.
According to Gist Reel, Davido’s father addressed the topic around the putative child at a press appearance.
During the ceremony, he explained that Anu is not his granddaughter and cited DNA testing he claimed had already been performed, which revealed no biological link.
Dr. Adeleke also accused journalist Kemi Olunloyo of impersonating the minor online in an attempt to target Davido.
He questioned the legitimacy of such activities involving a juvenile, implying that the repeated attacks could constitute slander. The family is allegedly considering taking legal action.
On Instagram, Davido thanked his father for openly clearing the air.
