Kelvin Power, a former bouncer for Nigerian artist Kizz Daniel, has revealed a purported tale involving a governor and Afrobeats musician Wizkid.
In a video, Kelvin made the assertion while discussing his experiences as a celebrity bouncer and the dangers of the position.
One governor, according to Kelvin, once invited Wizkid to his home and offered him a bag full of cash.
“A particular Governor once invited Wizkid to his house and gave him a bag full of dollar$.”
The governor’s identify and the purported sum of money in the bag were not revealed by Kelvin.
According to Kelvin, Wizkid gave the money to his security rather than keeping it for himself.
“Wizkid didn’t touch a dime, he passed it to his bodyguard,” he said.
Kelvin added that the bodyguard would never forget Wizkid for the purported gesture even though he later departed Nigeria.
“Today the bodyguard is no longer in Nigeria but he’ll never forget his helper.”
He did not disclose the bodyguard’s identity or offer any other information regarding the purported incident.
The dangers of being a celebrity bodyguard were also brought up by the former Kizz Daniel bouncer.
“Body guard job is very risky.”
Social media users have responded to his remarks by debating the purported tale and Wizkid’s supposed gesture toward his bodyguard.
