Media personality Auracool has raised concerns over what he described as a disturbing practice allegedly involving some married women as children return to school.
In a post on X, Auracool claimed that some women inflate their children’s actual school fees before presenting the figures to their husbands, allegedly keeping the difference for themselves.
Alleged collusion with schools
According to him, some women allegedly take the practice further by colluding with school authorities to support the inflated figures if their husbands decide to verify the fees.
Auracool suggested that the alleged practice could be particularly lucrative when it involves expensive schools, where the difference between the actual fees and the inflated amount may be substantial.
“They see nothing wrong with it”
The media personality also expressed concern that some of the women allegedly involved do not consider the practice wrong and are reportedly unapologetic about it.
His comments have sparked discussions online about financial transparency between couples, trust in marriage and the management of children’s educational expenses.
The claims made by Auracool are allegations and do not establish that such practices are widespread or that any particular woman or school has engaged in them.
