A Nigerian man identified as @Osamahal on X (formerly Twitter) has sparked reactions online after recounting how a girl he attempted to w00 during his school days reported him to their principal, leading to him being flogged.

The man revisited the incident after unexpectedly running into the woman at an airport, where they exchanged pleasantries and caught up.

According to his account, their conversation took an interesting turn when the woman disclosed that she was still unmarried.

The revelation prompted him to seek advice from social media users on whether he should make another attempt to win her affection or remind her of the punishment he suffered because of her earlier actions.

The man’s account has generated mixed reactions, with some users questioning why he would consider approaching the woman again, while others suggested that their encounter could present an opportunity to start afresh.

One X user, Kat, cautioned him against making another move, writing:
