A Ghanaian Bolt driver has gone viral after expressing his harsh opinion of Nigerians, triggering intense internet debates.
In a video circulating on X (previously Twitter), the driver said that Nigerians are quick to seek for money—a remark he made while speaking with a visitor.
He described it as a prevalent tendency he had seen among Nigerians.

“If you go to Nigeria eeh, the whole people are beggars. They will beg you for money. That’s to tell you how much they beg.”
The comment has now polarised social media users. Some chastised him for generalising about the entire country, pointing out that not all Nigerians behave in this manner.
