A Nigerian man reportedly removed a gate he had installed at a compound after receiving a quit notice from the landlord.

The story was shared by X user @oneman_official, who described an unusual incident involving a man living in a nearby compound.

‘He installed the gate himself.’
According to the post, the man entered the compound at a time when there was no gate.

According to the X user, the man later installed the gate himself because he had children and owned a car.

According to @oneman_official, the man eventually left the compound.

“They gave him Quit notice! He moved out and came back last night,” the X user wrote.

The man allegedly returned to the compound after leaving and removed the gate he had previously installed.

“He broke the fence and took his gate,” the post stated.

The unusual incident has sparked reactions online, with social media users debating whether the man was justified in removing the gate he had installed himself.
