A viral video captures the exciting moment a UNILAG first class graduate performs Cristiano Ronaldo’s renowned ‘Sui’ celebration after obtaining his certificate.
The University of Lagos hosted its 56th convocation on Tuesday, January 20, 2025.
A total of five thousand, six hundred and sixty five (5,665) students graduated with various degrees and diplomas.
A young man who obtained his first class degree chose to commemorate his achievement in a most memorable way.
In the popular video, he was seen receiving his degree from the university’s vice chancellor while dressed appropriately for convocation.
When he received his certificate, he rushed across the aisle to collect momentum before performing the’sui’ celebration dance, which is often credited to the famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
