A Nigerian man identified as @WIZEINTHEBEAT on X (formerly Twitter) has shared a painful story about his girlfriend, whom he supported from her first year in university to her final year.

According to the X user, he paid for her tuition, accommodation and handouts, believing they had a future together.

However, after graduating with excellent grades, she travelled to the UK for her master’s degree, with him covering her tuition fees and flight ticket.

Upon arriving, she contacted him, expressing how much she missed him.

But in an unexpected turn, she rarely called him, began avoiding his calls, and eventually blocked him on WhatsApp.
