Lady who secured job at Central Bank of Nigeria celebrates 5 years of working at the bank, shares journey

A Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) employee has gained notice after celebrating 5 years of service and commenting on her experiences.

The woman, named as Abigail Qurix, announced the feat in a LinkedIn post in which she reminisced on her journey and expressed gratitude for the experience she has received over the years.

According to Abigail, June 19, 2026 marked five years since she commenced her work at the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Celebrating the event, she hailed the encounter as instructive and expressed optimism for the future.

In her post, Abigail thanked God for guiding her over the years and mentioned the lessons she had learnt since joining the institution.

She wrote:

“I am excited to share that today makes it 5 years since I resumed work at the Central Bank of Nigeria.

It has been an insightful journey so far and I thank God for the experience I have gained over the years.

I look forward to the next 5 years and beyond as I continue to learn.”

According to her LinkedIn page, Abigail works as a Fixed Assets Officer at the Central Bank of Nigeria, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nasarawa State University and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wolverhampton.
