Lady shares painful story of brother betrayed by wife after relocating her to Australia

Following a highly unpleasant experience with her brother, a Nigerian woman known as @TheKingDaughtaa shared a devastating narrative on social media, warning that not all spouses are worth travelling abroad with.

According to her account, her brother obtained permanent residency in Australia and immediately began the time-consuming and difficult procedure of bringing his wife to join him.

The pair had married traditionally in Nigeria, and despite being apart for nearly three years, the man allegedly worked various jobs, saved diligently, and met all legal procedures to reconcile with his wife overseas.

When she finally arrived in Australia, the reunion was initially joyous. The wife apparently spoke favourably of her husband to acquaintances, complimenting his sacrifices, while he felt fulfilled for keeping his commitment to bring her home.

However, the scenario apparently altered after she met new acquaintances, most of whom were fellow African women who had already migrated abroad. She apparently got unsatisfied over time, questioning her husband’s work, accent, and appearance.

Despite his efforts to adjust and improve, nothing seemed to change. Less than a year after her arrival, the woman apparently packed her belongings one evening and left without warning or argument.e.

She reportedly told her husband that she had met a white man at her employer, a job he assisted her in obtaining, who offered her better residency status and a better life.

The brother was believed to be emotionally devastated, but he kept the tragedy to himself for weeks, going to work every day and returning to a quiet home filled with wedding photos and memories.

According to the account, the woman cut all communication and provided no explanation or closure. He later found out from a mutual acquaintance that she had moved in with another man.
