Alex Iwobi made his 100th appearance for Fulham, as the Premier League club recovered from behind to upset Stoke City and advance to the FA Cup fifth round.

Fulham recovered from a first-half deficit at the bet365 Stadium to win 2-1, ending a record of three successive defeats in all competitions.

Stoke threatened again through Sorba Thomas, whose beautiful long-range half-volley caused goalie Benjamin Lecomte to save.

Tommy Simkin then made two great saves before halftime to deny Brazilian winger Kevin, while Iwobi headed wide from close range.

The hosts nearly increased their lead early in the second half when Lecomte turned Lamine Cisse’s curling effort onto the post.

Fulham answered in the 55th minute, when Kevin surged into the penalty box and sent a low shot past Simkin to equalise.

Manager Marco Silva introduced Raul Jimenez and Emile Smith Rowe as the visitors upped their pressure. Six minutes before the end, the game was decided.

Simkin tried to play out of the back but mishandled his pass inside the box.

Harrison Reed intercepted and calmly slotted in his second goal of the season, and first in the FA Cup, to complete the comeback.

Both Silva and Stoke manager Mark Robins shuffled their squads after midweek league games.

Iwobi, Fulham’s only survivor from their recent defeat to Manchester City, made his milestone appearance as the London team advanced in only the second FA Cup meeting between the two sides.
