A Nigerian businessman talked about how he dealt with a situation when one of his employees stole at work.

@MadProfitGuy shared his immediate reaction to witnessing the female employee stealing in a post on X.

The businessman claimed to have told the female employee that he intended to call a mass meeting and show her videos.

The female employee was unaware that her employer had been pursuing her before apprehending her.

The female employee has since been pleading with him through chat, saying that she would resign since she believes it would be a consequence of her behaviour.

She is unaware that her employer has already instructed security personnel to come get her after the meeting is over.
