Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has shared an alleged WhatsApp conversation that he claims implicates Omowunmi, the widow of late Nigerian singer Mohbad.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, prompting an outpouring of condolences and tributes from fans and colleagues across the entertainment industry.

Despite several court proceedings and arrests linked to the case, the exact circumstances surrounding his death have yet to be fully established.

According to the alleged conversation posted on the actor’s Instagram page, Wunmi reportedly expressed concern over an incident involving her husband, writing, “Sister if the truth comes out, my life is ruined.”

The individual she allegedly confided in reportedly reassured her and advised her regarding a sum of money to be given to a cleric.

Meanwhile, Wunmi Aloba remains embroiled in a public dispute with her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba.

The mother of one has alleged that Joseph Aloba is interested in Mohbad’s assets and is determined to make life difficult for her if he is unable to gain control of them.

She also claimed that her father-in-law accused her of being responsible for Mohbad’s death and referred to her son, Liam, as a bastard.
