“I begged her”- Lady shares message from lastborn who refused to carry Garri to school

A Nigerian woman has gone viral online after sharing a WhatsApp message from her younger sister, who is currently attending university.

The lady, identified with the X handle @iamzioraa, said that when her sister was leaving for university, she was persuaded to carry garri alongside other consumables, but she refused.

On February 16, 2025, the younger sister sent an SMS to her elder sister requesting rice, palm oil, and garri.

She has started drinking garri and asked her sister to get it for her at Nnaji market.
