A guy has shared a sweet story from a church service about how he discreetly assisted a woman who had unexpectedly begun her menstrual period without noticing her skirt was stained.

The man said he spotted the stain when the lady stood up to join the others in the offertory.

He claimed he tried to alarm her by calling her attention and pointing to her skirt, but she misinterpreted his gesture, laughed, winked at him, and proceeded to dance toward the altar.

He explained that, while some members of the congregation seemed to observe what had transpired, no one alerted the lady.

To avoid further embarrassment, he laid his handkerchief on the seat she had taken to hide the stain she had unintentionally left behind.

While recounting the incident, the man said, “I placed my handkerchief on the seat to cover the stain she had left behind. When she returned, I removed the handkerchief and showed her the stain on both the seat and her skirt. She was completely shocked and embarrassed.” He said the lady immediately realised what had happened.

He stated that she asked to clean herself off with his handkerchief before leaving the location.

Sharing what happened afterwards, the man said, “Later, she got my phone number from another church member and has sent me several thank-you messages since yesterday. Her last message said, ‘Thank you for protecting my dignity yesterday. I’ll never forget what you did for me.’”

The tale has already sparked emotions online, with many social media users complimenting the man’s considerate acts and encouraging others to exhibit empathy and generosity to those in similar situations.
