Controversial Nigerian cleric and popular preacher, Pastor Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, better known as Odumeje, has sparked reactions online with a humorous comment about his wife and academic background.
In a recent statement, the clergyman suggested that his wife’s academic achievement could also be considered a reflection of his own level of education.
Odumeje jokingly explained that although someone may speak English better than him, he could always point to his wife, who is a graduate, as proof of his connection to academic achievement.
His words read:
“He that trains a graduate in university is also a graduate. My wife is a graduate, so if you speak English better than me, I will bring out my wife.” 😭😂
The statement has since generated reactions from social media users, with many finding the cleric’s humorous explanation amusing.
