Former Anambra State governor and NDC presidential candidate Peter Obi has challenged Nigerians to publicly disclose any wrongdoing they may know about him, stressing that accountability and transparency are essential in public service.

Obi made the statement during a podcast interview with Rufai Oseni of AriseTV.

During the conversation, Oseni remarked: “So, you want Kenneth to go and expose you.”

Responding, Obi said he was open to scrutiny from anyone, not just Kenneth, maintaining that public office holders should be willing to have their actions examined by the public. He emphasized that transparency and accountability are necessary principles for anyone seeking to serve in leadership positions.

“Not just Kenneth, everybody should now say those things they know that is bad about me or I did that is wrong because it’s good for the system, it’s good for the society,” Obi said.

He said: “So, if you know that when we were in primary school, this man was cheating or didn’t go to the primary school, didn’t go to secondary school, didn’t do, if you know this man has done something criminal somewhere, this is time to bring it up.”
