A Nigerian man who invited his girlfriend to his residence has told a tragic story of what happened.

On the microblogging site X (previously Twitter), the man, who goes by @samsonthegoat25, revealed that he slept off when his fiancée came to visit him at home.

She took his second phone, an iPhone 15 Pro Max, while he was sleeping and moved ₦4.9 million from his Opay account to her own.

‎” Thought maybe she was in the bathroom or just stepped out for air.Then I checked my Opay. She transferred ₦4.9 million straight from my account to hers. That’s when everything clicked”,

The X user claims that he has found his iPhone and revealed that his grandfather used to be a Brigade General.

‎”Transferring the funds straight to her own account plus carrying the phone like that? Nah, massive L on her part. This one is finished. My grandpa was a former Brigade General. She definitely picked the wrong person to try this on”, He tweeted.

Meanwhile, another X user has accused the man’s girlfriend of stealing his friend’s Cuban chain worth N125M and two of his cars.

“Lol it’s Esther, I know this girl, she did same for my guy. She took his Cuban worth of 125m and two of his cars. I told my guy to come here and cast her and he said it’s just two cars and Cuban that it’s nothing. Since then I didn’t say anything again about it”, He narrated.
