The social media exchange depicts a conversation between a job applicant and a representative of NovaEdge Consulting Ltd.

Job Offer Notification

During the conversation, the company informed the man that he had been selected for a position. The message reads:

“Hi there, we’re pleased to inform you that you’ve been selected for a job offer with NovaEdge Consulting Ltd. Further details regarding your role and next steps will be communicated shortly. Best regards, Mrs. Evelyn Hart, Human Resources Manager, NovaEdge Consulting Ltd.”

After receiving the message, the man replied:

Mrs?”

The recruiter responded:

“Yes, any problem with that?”

Reason for Rejection

According to the screenshot, the man then stated:

“I can’t work under a woman.”

He later added: “I’d pass.”

Blocking the Recruiter

The circulating screenshot also showed that after stating his position, the man proceeded to block the recruiter, cutting off all communication.
