“How much does a Nigerian need to earn to live comfortably?” — Nedu questions government over rising cost of living

Media personality Nedu has expressed dissatisfaction with the Nigerian government over the country’s worsening economic conditions, questioning the amount an average citizen needs to earn monthly to enjoy a comfortable life.

In a video circulating online, Nedu wondered whether a monthly income of ₦100,000 or ₦200,000 could adequately cover basic expenses, considering the rising cost of transportation and the increasing prices of goods and services.

He lamented that the cost of living continues to soar, leaving many Nigerians struggling to meet their daily financial obligations.

Nedu further claimed that fewer than two per cent of Nigerians earn as much as ₦200,000 monthly, drawing attention to the growing financial challenges confronting workers across the country.
