A Nigerian woman who goes by @Sandraify on X (formerly Twitter) has shared her love story by taking a trip down memory lane.

She claims that in 2014, she finally acknowledged the man’s constant barrage of Direct Messages (DMs) on Facebook.

But he wanted to know her name, state of origin, and local government area.

Even though they spoke for almost a year, he didn’t get in touch with her until four months later.

He told her about going to Imo State University (IMSU), her school, during their initial phone call, which resulted in their first in-person meeting.

In the meantime, he proposed to her after she visited him in Lagos in 2019.

The woman claims that while she was taking a bath, he immediately proposed after tasting her oha soup.

They were introduced, had a traditional wedding, and then had a white wedding.

They are getting close to eight years of blissful marriage.

“Our families met. Months later, we had our traditional marriage. Then came the white wedding.The man from my Facebook inbox is my husband. And next month, we’ll be celebrating eight years of marriage“, The tweet reads in part.
