Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has publicly called out fellow actor Zubby Michael, accusing him of attempting to use the title of her upcoming movie, Queen of Guns, for another film.

In a viral video shared online, Okorie alleged that recent promotional photos from her yet-to-be-released movie were used to create a poster for an older film, which was later uploaded to YouTube under the same title.

Expressing her frustration, the actress accused some people in the movie industry of copying her ideas and style, insisting that this was one of the reasons she keeps her distance from certain colleagues.

She said:

“Queen of Guns is not out yet. It’s not on YouTube, Netflix, cinemas or anywhere. My Manchester fans will be the first to watch it before we move to other cities.”

According to Okorie, she was shocked to discover an old movie on YouTube bearing the title Queen of Guns, allegedly accompanied by her recent promotional images.

“How can people be this w!cked? Is this not witchcraft? Is this not w!ckedness?” she asked.

The actress further claimed she invested nearly ₦100 million in the project and disclosed that the title Queen of Guns has already been trademarked.

Addressing Zubby Michael directly, she questioned why the older movie’s original working title was not retained.

“Zubby, even you accepted that kind of thing. How dare you? You shot a movie and had a working title. Why didn’t you use that working title instead of calling it Queen of Guns?”

Angela maintained that she remains the “number one” and “only Queen of Guns,” while accusing unnamed individuals in the industry of trying to undermine her project.

Her allegations have since sparked widespread reactions online, with many social media users awaiting a response from Zubby Michael regarding the claims.
