A Nigerian woman has shared an emotional account of how the sudden d3ath of her boyfriend left her devastated, revealing that the couple had been preparing to get married before his passing.

The woman, identified as @Doraad10 on X (formerly Twitter), disclosed in a post that she and her late boyfriend had undergone medical tests and held their introduction after he returned from China.

However, their plans to formalise their relationship were reportedly cut short after he fell ill and subsequently passed away.

‘His d3ath really shook me’

Reflecting on the experience, Dora said the loss left her emotionally shaken and caused her to stay away from romantic relationships for some time.

“His d3ath really shook me .i couldn’t think straight . Some people said be thankful you didn’t end up as a young widow , excuse you. That was someone’s son. I stayed away from relationships for a while”, She added.

Her post generated an outpouring of sympathy, with several users expressing concern over the loss and encouraging her to remain strong.
