In the viral TikTok video, the lady sits with other passengers, while some stand and hang onto the handrails.
A man and several passengers can be seen singing gratefully to the governor while grasping the handrail.

It’s worth noting that Abia State Governor Alex Otti has inaugurated a free bus trip service as part of the Abia Green Shuttle, which aims to reduce citizens’ transportation stress.
