The son of Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Ozonna Soludo, has blasted Apple over what he claims is an abrupt deterioration in his iPhone 15 Pro Max’s camera quality.
In response to the debut of a new iPhone model, Ozonna voiced the grievance in a widely shared video.
He claims that before linking it to the release of the new gadget, he first questioned why his phone’s camera had abruptly become subpar.
“At this point I think it’s safe to say that Apple is playing in our faces because why is my app, my camera quality like so crap, like suddenly so crap,” he said.
He then implied that Apple’s most recent product announcement was related to the purported drop in camera quality.
“Then I realised that well yes because there’s a new iPhone dropping today that’s why your camera is so crap,” Ozonna said.
The governor’s son revealed that he had been thinking about upgrading from his existing iPhone 15 Pro Max.
“I do want to upgrade I feel like it’s that time,” he said, adding that he expected to purchase the new model despite his frustration with Apple.
Ozonna, however, voiced concern that switching to the newest iPhone would only offer a short-term fix before consumers are urged to purchase a different gadget.
“I do get it because if I was making money like Apple I would probably do the same.” he said.
