Ebuka Obi, a well-known preacher, shared a touching story of Regina Daniels, an award-winning Nollywood actress, and her kindness towards mentally ill patients.

During a recent sermon, the philanthropic pastor mentioned the actress’s generous action.

During the speech, the clergyman said that Regina Daniels discovered his ministry online while picking up mentally ill people.

According to him, the actress, who was recently entangled in a highly publicised marital battle with Ned Nwoko, admits to pitying mentally disturbed individuals who had been abandoned on the roadside.

She then accompanied his ministry to Anambra state, bringing with her two mentally unstable individuals.

‎”Those people have been abandoned for 20 years and no charity organization has think towards that side. it’s the first of it’s kind”, He added.

Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, had a high-profile marital battle.

The mother of two alleged domestic violence, but Ned accused her of substance misuse and destructive behaviour.

‎The drama unfolded in October 2025 when Regina posted a distressing video, stating, “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my own house, I am a queen. I can’t stand the violence, it’s too much”.
