Today, October 7, 2026 a 33-year-old man named Monsuru Musa was discovered writing the FCT Civil Service Commission promotional exam for his father, Musa Mohammed, who is employed by the FCT Fire Service.

Lere Olayinka, the command’s spokesperson, claims that when Monsuru Musa was apprehended by security sent at the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike’s request, he claimed his father was ill but that the examination was taking place on NOUN property.

He claimed that the father gave him instructions to take the test on his behalf.

When asked his father’s age, he replied that he was between 67 and 68. However, the father stated that by February 2027, he will turn sixty.

When questioned further, Musa Mohammed claimed to have completed primary school in 1977 and secondary school in 1982, according to Lere.

Following their statements to the DSS agents, he continued, the father and son have been turned over to the police for additional investigations.
