“Why on earth?”- Lady recounts unusual BRT bus encounter

The story of a Nigerian woman named @Olami-deeEbony on X (previously Twitter) about her experience in a bus has gone popular on the internet.

The woman revealed in a widely shared post that the man seated next to her had an enticing scent, and she praised him for it.

The man accepted the compliment, but as the bus went on, an unforeseen circumstance developed.

The X user claims that she declined the man’s request for her contact information.

He then became obviously irritated and asked why she was complementing him if she wasn’t interested in him.

There were several empty seats on the bus, so she quickly switched seats.

Netizens have responded to the story by sharing their thoughts on the woman’s experience in the comment area.
