In a post on X, read what Musk wrote below:
“Whoever said’money can’t buy happiness’ really knew what they were talking about.”
The statement instantly went viral, eliciting various emotions from users worldwide.
Many readers viewed the message as a commentary from one of the world’s wealthiest men.
Others questioned if money actually loses value once basic requirements are addressed.
Nigerian actress Nancy Isime provided a balanced perspective, stating that while money does not ensure happiness, its absence causes significant worry.
She wrote: “Money might not guarantee happiness, but lack of it can stress your soul in ways people don’t talk about.”
She also mentioned that tranquilly is different when survival is no longer a daily concern.
