Online attention has been drawn to a Nigerian woman’s post that details the price her acquaintance paid for a piece of property two years ago.

@itzchristunique said in an X post that her friend paid ₦4.4 million for the piece of land.

Her companion abandoned the site after the purchase, which resulted in an unforeseen event in 2025.

In the meantime, the situation started when a man moved to develop the abandoned site after clearing it.

Nevertheless, the man disregarded her friend’s admonition to avoid his property when they met.

After a while, her buddy put chicken feathers, a lizard, and a plain red cloth at the entrance to the country.
