According to President Tinubu, people who don’t think well of his administration will be given eyeglasses to improve their vision.

Speaking on Thursday, April 16, at a State House event, the President stated:

‘’The truth is I took over from myself. The late Buhari is me, he was a partner. If I took over from him, is that not from myself? If something is wrong, live with it, correct it and then move on. The live voyage is not going to be easy and so many of you travelling with me, I can only stand by you and say you will not regret it. That is why I asked you to ‘Renew their hope’’ If they don’t want to see the hope in the roads we build, the children we raise, in the economy we are growing, we will give them eyeglasses”
