A video showing men dressed as police officers allegedly forcing a suspect into the boot of their vehicle has sparked widespread reactions across social media.

The disturbing footage, which has been widely circulated online, shows several men, believed to be security operatives, bundling the suspect into the boot of a vehicle instead of the passenger compartment.

Human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu, who shared the video, described the incident as “insane” and called on the Nigeria Police Force to investigate those involved.

Expressing doubts about the identities of the men in the video, Gwamnishu questioned whether they were genuine police officers and urged the authorities to verify their authenticity.

The viral clip has since generated concern among social media users, with many calling for a thorough investigation and demanding accountability if the individuals are confirmed to be security operatives.
