Top celebrities arrive at Peller and Jarvis’ wedding

As a long list of celebrities, TikTok stars, and social media figures attended their white wedding in Lagos on Saturday, August 1, popular Nigerian content creators Peller and Jarvis continued to dominate internet discussions.

Following the couple’s civil wedding on July 29, the much awaited ceremony, known as JP2026, drew some of the top figures in Nigeria’s creator economy, entertainment sector, and internet community.

Financial analyst Geh Geh was one of the first to arrive, arriving in style in a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.

While social media sensation Aunty Ramota was greeted with applause by attendees as she entered the venue, Smart BM also attracted attention after showing up with three personal bodyguards.

Tunde Perry, Habby Forex, Tee Dollar, Daddy Freeze, and Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, a famous couple who allegedly bought the expensive ₦700,000 Aso-Ebi package, were among the other notable attendees.

Cubana Chief Priest, a businessman and socialite, gained notoriety after allegedly giving the couple ₦10 million for their wedding festivities.

While American businessman and well-known TikTok live gifter Gregory Pizarro Jr. reportedly travelled to Lagos for the ceremony and gave Peller a $20,000 gift, Fuji music artist Sule Alao Malaika was scheduled to entertain guests during the reception.

Videos of visitors coming in fancy cars and wearing fashionable clothes rapidly went viral on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with many people complimenting the opulent setting and star-studded guest list.

Fans have been attentively monitoring the ceremony’s updates, including the competition for the ₦5 million best-dressed prize and the performances scheduled for the celebration, and the wedding has continued to elicit strong internet comments.
