In a video shared online, the Nollywood actress and entrepreneur broke down in tears while recounting how the incident reportedly happened.

According to her, the individuals involved approached her while posing as colleagues from the entertainment industry who needed urgent assistance. She explained that one caller allegedly claimed to be struggling to pay a child’s school fees, while another reportedly used the identity of someone she knew in order to gain her trust and request financial help.

The actress expressed deep disappointment over the situation, revealing how emotionally affected she was after discovering that she had allegedly been deceived.

The incident has since sparked reactions online, with many social media users sympathising with her while also warning others to be cautious about financial requests received through phone calls and social media.
