Recently, award-winning Nigerian artist Davido shared with fans a lighthearted aspect of his marriage to Chioma, revealing a habit of his wife that he has been discreetly handling for 13 years.
The disclosure follows their recent New Year’s holiday, during which the couple pleased fans with public shows of devotion.
In a hilarious Instagram video, Davido was holding a plate of food when Chioma approached with her own. Rather than eating hers, she went for a spoon from his plate.
Davido laughed and said, “She’s been doing this to me for 13 years,” showing the enduring little routines that have kept their bond lively.
A few days prior, Chioma thanked Davido for the beautiful gesture by sharing a picture of the bouquet she received.
Davido referred to the couple’s third wedding anniversary earlier in October 2025 as the first of many anniversaries to come.
