A man who supported his girlfriend’s trip to Australia was left distraught when she dumped him for another man.

The terrible story was relayed by @freakin-snow, a user of the microblogging platform X (previously Twitter).

Man is Dumped by Girlfriend According to the X user, they had been in a four-year relationship, but the lady insisted on moving abroad.

The father sold his car and took out a ₦8 million loan to fund her vacation.

When she arrived in Australia a few months later, she fell in love with another man and told her boyfriend, who had supported her journey, that she needed to move on due to the long distance relationship.

She also promised to compensate him after graduation, leaving him in sorrow and depression.

Sharing further details about the heartbreaking incident, @freakin-snow narrated, “He later found out she’d moved on via a friend’s IG post. He’s now full of regrets and depressed because she took everything he had”.

The tweet, which has left the X platform buzzing, did not reveal any information about the lady or her new lover.
