Singer Seyi Vibez has deleted social media posts he made about celebrity chef Hilda Baci after receiving a legal notice demanding their immediate removal and warning of possible legal action.

In a letter dated August 15, 2026, law firm Olaniwun Ajayi LP, acting on behalf of Hilda Baci, accused the singer of publishing defamatory, malicious and false statements about their client on X.

The lawyers referenced two posts allegedly made by Seyi Vibez on August 14, including one that linked Hilda Baci’s BBL to artists’ catalogue money and another in which he claimed that eating her food had nearly harmed him while also making an allegation involving spiritual manipulation.

According to the legal letter, the posts reportedly generated about 4.3 million views, 7,100 reposts, 3,000 comments and 45,000 likes.

Hilda Baci’s legal team stated that the posts led to harassment and abusive messages directed at their client, causing what they described as reputational damage and emotional distress.

Lawyers Demand Apology and Retraction

The lawyers demanded that Seyi Vibez permanently remove the posts, issue a public apology and retraction across his social media platforms, and urge his followers to stop any harassment targeted at Hilda Baci.

They also gave the singer three days to provide a written undertaking that he would not repeat or circulate similar allegations in the future, warning that failure to comply could result in further legal action.

Seyi Vibez has since deleted the posts in question.
