A Nigerian woman who received a date invitation from a male friend has revealed the specifics of what happened.

The woman disclosed in an X post that her companion ordered a wine for ₦180k, and the date took place at a restaurant on Victoria Island.

She disclosed that her acquaintance ordered another bottle after the date, going by the handle @DoraAd10 on X.

In the meantime, she asked him for money after the second bottle was ordered, and he gave her ₦100,000.

She stressed that the date could not have gone as planned and that she would have returned home with nothing.
