A Nigerian man has been left in shock and disbelief after discovering that his wife secretly owns multiple houses and businesses, none of which he was aware of, despite being married for ten years.

In a now-viral interview, the man stated that for the past five years, he has paid rent to a landlord for the house they live in, only to discover that the house is actually owned by his wife. He said he was surprised to learn that his wife was aware of the annual increase in the house rent.
