A quarrel reportedly arose during a Permanent Voter Card (PVC) physical registration exercise when a security guard allegedly asked female candidates to scrub the registration area because it was filthy.

According to subtitles overlay on an online video, the women objected to the command, claiming that the security guy should clean the area himself. The conversation apparently became heated, with the guard charging them of disrespecting elders.
