According to Tunde Perry, he and his wife have been married for about 10 years and have developed a strong understanding of each other. He explained that at the start of every month, he selects a date for a personal day out.

He said the arrangement gives him an opportunity to step away from family responsibilities and enjoy some uninterrupted time for himself.
