A man generated outrage online after publicly lamenting his inability to persuade his girlfriend to leave his home after their relationship ended.
According to him, the situation has gotten overpowering, leaving him perplexed and desperate for advice.
In a video posted online, the man claimed he had repeatedly urged the lady to go, but she simply refused, stating she had nowhere else to turn.
He acknowledged that he no longer understands how to deal with the issue and feels trapped in his own home.
“I’ve been trying to chase her out but she insists she’s going nowhere,” the man said. “At this point, I need advice. I don’t know what to do anymore.”
The woman, however, presented her own version of events, claiming that after three years of dating, she moved in at his request. Since she views the house as her home, she claims that being ordered to leave now is absurd.
“I no dey go anywhere,” she said firmly. “Relationship of three years, where I wan go? You said make I come live with you, now you don’t need me again. I no dey go anywhere.”
The boyfriend also accused her of being careless, claiming that she spends most of her time drinking and makes no contribution to the household.
“The only thing you know how to do is to drink, drink and drink,” he complained. “You no dey do anything for the house.”
