The well-known Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has sparked new internet reactions after revealing a new man in a romantic video that swiftly went popular on social media.
The popular video shows the actress posing affectionately with a young man who is rumoured to be her current partner.
As they shared a cake with the words, “Love last chance,” which have since generated controversy among fans, the couple seemed at ease and happy.
Social media users attacked the actress, accusing her of changing boyfriends regularly, while others congratulated her and said she was “off the market.”
Thousands of people have commented on the video, pleading with her to put her happiness ahead of popular opinion.
Nkechi, who is well-known for being frank, has never kept her romances a secret from the public.
Her romantic life has continued to make news in the entertainment industry throughout the years.
A Romance Life in the Public Eye Mike Adeyemi, who later disclosed their breakup in public, was once connected to the actress.
She began a well-publicized engagement with Opeyemi Falegan, an Ekiti State politician and businessman, in 2021. She posted pictures that year that seemed to show they were married at his birthday party.
But after roughly ten months, the romance terminated in April 2022. In subsequent interviews, Nkechi made it clear that there was never a formal or lawful marriage. She apologised for any confusion caused and described it as a non-official union.
She started dating social media star Eseoghene Obire, also known as Xxssive, after that chapter. Their romance, which began in 2021 or 2022, was also widely reported.
She alluded at a proposal in December 2024 when she posted a video of an engagement ring. Nkechi, however, acknowledged in May 2025 that the relationship was over, claiming that they had actually broken up in 2024.
The actress officially identified herself as single by September 2025 and said that she was “tired of being single.” Although she withheld information about the man, later rumours said she had accepted another proposal.
No formal confirmation of the wedding has surfaced as of early 2026. It seems that the most recent viral video marks the beginning of yet another phase in her romantic life.
It is unclear if this partnership will endure over time. Nkechi Blessing appears to be unconcerned with critics at the moment and intent on accepting love in her own unique manner.
