A woman has revealed a heartbreaking personal tale about realising that her relationship could have been influenced by unresolved issues from her partner’s prior relationship.

She claims she met the man shortly after he finished a six-year, destructive relationship.

A few months into their relationship, he introduced her to his family and they started living together.

However, tension continued because his previous lover stayed close to his family and frequently visited their home. The woman stated that one weekend, she went home to discover her clothes slashed and her hair extensions damaged.

The issue worsened when she became pregnant. She claims she then discovered phone conversation between the two, which he continually denied, despite her concerns that they still had emotions for each other.

After delivering birth in October of last year, she chose to end the relationship and remove her stuff. They briefly tried to reconnect months later, but she said something still seemed wrong, so she decided to terminate the relationship forever.

She further said that after she departed, the man informed her that he would not support their child.

During a recent interaction with one of his cousins, she alleges she learnt something profoundly hurtful: the man allegedly planned to cheat in punishment for discovering his previous girlfriend was seeing someone else.

The revelation made her wonder if the connection had ever been genuine, or if she had simply been part of a revenge plot. She stated that the most difficult aspect of the issue is the involvement of a child, which exacerbates the emotional consequences.
