“As a man, if you have a girlfriend back in Nigeria and you relocate abroad, if you meet someone you like over there, move on with her and forget your Nigerian girlfriend.
No girlfriend in Nigeria for a man who is abroad; they only wait if they don’t see a man that is better than you. I’m speaking from experience.”
She clarified that her counsel is based on her own experience, pointing out that long-distance relationships are frequently challenging to maintain and that some women who decide to wait might not have found someone better.
