Omo’ba Adeola Alimot Adetoro, a female local government chairlady in Lagos state, has come under fire from social critic Scott Iguma for allegedly commissioning a generator, a waiting room, and purchasing SUVs for council members while “failing to provide infrastructures.”
After winning the July 2025 local government election, Adetoro took office in 2025.
In a video that was uploaded online this morning, Scott claimed that Adetoro is commissioning projects like “waiting rooms and generators” rather than making an impact by providing basic infrastructures. Scott added that Adetoro, who has “yet to make an impact since assuming office,” recently purchased SUVs for local government council members.
He claimed that his local government neighborhood needs to be cleaned up because it is so unclean.
‘’If you do not know what to do since you assumed office, resign!” he said
